Located in Saadiyat Reserve, Abu Dhabi, Villa Evia was designed two years ago as one of Nellis Architecture’s earliest residential projects. The client, a builder himself and a close collaborator, brought a rare perspective to the process, understanding not just how the home would look, but how it would perform, age, and be lived in.

From the striking bronze pivot entrance door to the light-filled nine-metre-high living space, the architecture is driven by openness, material honesty, and precision. Slim Vitrocsa sliding doors, sculptural staircases, and expressive stone elements allow the home to breathe while remaining grounded.

Throughout the villa, high-performance glazing, carefully detailed façades, shaded outdoor spaces, and integrated wellness areas reflect a balance between comfort, climate, and craftsmanship. With construction nearing completion, Villa Evia stands as a quiet, confident example of architecture shaped by understanding and care.
