Hello everybody, in this video I speak on how the Bernese Method works, how I bypassed precipitated withdrawal, and a few extra things people NEED to know before beginning the process.
Example Dosing Schedule-
Days 1/2: 0.25 morning/night
Day 3:0.25 morning/0.5 night
Days 4/5: 0.5 morning/0.5 night
Day 6:0.5 morning/ 1 mg night
Day 7: 1 mg morning/ 2 mg night
Day 8: 2 mg morning/ 2 mg night
Day 9: 2 mg morning/ 4 mg night
Day 10: 4 mg morning/ 6 mg night
Day 11 (final day) 6 mg morning/ 8 mg night
After you've taken 6 mgs with no precipitation, you can stop your opiate completely and transition to 8 mgs once a day.
