For Masala:
Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 spoon
Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 2 spoon
For Chiwda:
Flattened rice (पोहा) - 1 bowl
Oil (तेल) - for frying
Masala (मसाला)
Peanuts (मूंगफली)
Dry coconut (सूखा नारियल)
Cashew nuts (काजू)
Almonds (बादाम)
Raisins (किशमिश)
Dry green chili (सूखी हरी मिर्च)
Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)

RECIPE:
For Masala, take a bowl, put Fennel Powder, Black Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder & Powdered Sugar. Mix them all.
For Chivda Namkeen, take thick Flattened Rice & clean them with a cloth. Sieve them properly & fry them by using a strainer. Keep the fried Flattened Rice on a paper napkin, put Masala in it & mix it. Fry Peanuts, Coconut Slices, Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Raisins, Curry Leaves & Dry Green Chilies separately. Put them all in the fried Flattened Rice & mix them well. You can skip or add anything accordingly. Tasty Chivda will get ready in this way. Enjoy it for a long time by keeping it in an airtight jar.
