Follow the year-long journey of the Finnegans, two seniors living in The Villages, Florida, on a quest for good health, longevity, and an active retirement.

Veteran Sean Finnegan and his wife Patti, a retired schoolteacher, fell in love with The Villages, Florida after just one visit. But after moving to America's largest retirement community, they realized that their lives could be greatly improved by focusing on their health.

In addition to typical age-related concerns, Sean was struggling with symptoms of post-concussion syndrome, likely caused by football and boxing in his youth and his military service. Patti's fibromyalgia caused pain and debilitating brain fog. Both conditions kept them from enjoying life to its fullest.
