Time: 17 minute workout (5 x 3 min rounds with 30s rest between rounds)
This bag circuit is designed to work the 3 different ranges for boxing. It is a 5 round bag workout. Each round you will change ranges every 30 seconds until the 3 minute round is complete.
Long range - Long range straight punches to head and body.
Mid range - Mid range bent arm punches and mid range straight punches.
Close range - Inside close range bag work with bent arm punches.
