It shows Meghan, pregnant at the time, dancing in a hospital room with Prince Harry.
The couple were recreating a TikTok challenge at the time set to a song called "Baby Mama".
She wrote on social media: "Both of our children were a week past their due dates..."
"When spicy food, all that walking and acupuncture didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do!"
