Описание: This video was filmed at the Uni-President Group customer site, showing our fully automatic bag noodles packaging system running in real production. It’s not a showroom demo — it’s the equipment working on the line at the customer factory.

In this video, you can see three key machines working together:

1) Automatic Grouping Accumulator (Counting & Grouping System)

This unit is used to collect and group bag noodles into the required quantity per batch before wrapping.
In simple words: it gathers the bags, makes them into one correct group (for example, how many packs per bundle), and then feeds the grouped bags smoothly and continuously to the next machine.
This helps the packaging line run more stable and keeps the grouping consistent, especially at higher speeds.

2) Fully Automatic 5-in-1 Pillow Packaging Machine (Flow Wrapper)

After grouping, the bags are transferred to the 5-in-1 pillow packaging machine, where multiple packaging steps are integrated into one system for efficient, consistent packing results.

3) Fully Automatic Case Packer (Carton/Case Packing Machine)

Finally, the packed products go into the automatic case packer, which loads them into cartons/cases with stable rhythm and neat packing. This reduces manual labor and improves end-of-line efficiency.
