Living with Crohn’s disease from a young age, Jack has transformed challenges into purpose. A junior at Wake Forest University, he maintains a perfect GPA, earns multiple scholarships, serves as an EMT, and has contributed to back-to-back 5A state championship swim teams. He has also participated in a medical mission to Peru and recently earned acceptance to medical school, driven by the care and inspiration of the doctors who once supported him.
Jack’s story is a testament to resilience, compassion, and the power of optimism—reminding us all that living with IBD doesn’t mean slowing down; it means rising above.
