I took a 4 day walk on the Michinoku Coastal Trail in Japan. This was my first multi-day walking experience and I loved it. I have added voice over and original music to try and make it as watchable as possible. I would like to thank :

They went above and beyond to carry me up all those stairs

They stayed in the shadows and kept out of my way (except for a few minor rustlings)
