In this video, we go over some of the best Regulation I cores to used right now! As we hit mid July and with the world championships still a month away, we take a moment to look at what the strongest cores are and how teams can be constructed with these cores. Many mirror matches will feature the same core of 2-3, sometimes 4 Pokemon, but the rest of the team will dictate how the squads are played as well as what movesets would be used depending on playstyle of the user.
