Fishing Ultra Clear Water For Big Spawning Bass!!!

Описание: In this video, I fish at Witbank Dam to catch some Big Spawning Bass in Ultra Clear Water. It is competition time so get ready for an awesome finish to our 2023 Bass Fishing season.

This trip out is all about catching big spawning bass. As we got there we realised the water in the dam was ultra clear. This would make for really good sight fishing and you can see those bass roaming around the beds. Catching bass in this time of year can be quiet frustrating because you spend hours on one nest trying to catch that big bass thats sitting on the nest. Changing lures over and over again and also casting at them a hundred times to get that bass in the boat.

This was a successful tactic for us on day one since we had great weather and the fish had pushed up to get ready for those beds. I cought quiet a few big male bass on the beds to try and get those massive female bass to move in to protect the nest. This never happened for us so we only had big males in the box.

Day two was a totally different day for us, the wind had pulled in and the temperature had dropped from high to low. This had made those fish move back into the deeper water and this made the fishing even more challenging.

Other then that fishing in the ultra clear water made the fishing really fun and it was fun to see those bass eat lures and also how they react to them.
