Here I was lucky to find this lovely old glass lift on one of the main roads in Bangkok. I am guessing that this lift is from the 1980's or may be even the 1970's.
There was no indication as who was the original manufacturer.
The shape of the car is very original for when glass lifts were getting popular and the drive was very basic and not so smooth as newer lifts.
Let us hope that this does not get refurbished in to a piece of junk which seems to be the standard description of modern day lift refurbishments.
