Allure Integration with TestNG | Zero to Hero

Previously we covered Allure Integration with BDD Cucumber. Today We will discuss about Allure Integration with another Test Automation runner that is TestNG

1. Add Allure dependency in pom.xml
2. Add allure command line utility
3. Run Test case with Test annotation and it will created allure results folder
4. Using allure generate and allure serve commands, allure report will be served

Features of Allure Report:
1. Add aspectJs dependency, mandatory for using step annotation to be used by Allure Report
2. On Test Method, along with Test annotation, add Step annotation
3. Run Test case and In Allure report now Test Body section will also appear
4. We can spilt Test case in to Steps: one way is to use Allure.Step and another way is to create a method, annotate that method with step annotation, invoke this method in Test case
5. Screenshot on Failure: In AfterMethod of test case, add a condition for failure and add screenshot using Allure.addAttachment
6. Organization of Test case using different labels like: Epic, Severity, Story etc.
7. allure,properties to change location of allure report
8. environment.properties to add environmental related information.
