Thanks for stopping by. This video is how over a year of preparation, I have mentally, physically, and emotionally gotten ready for my double jaw surgery.
I've talked about the essential items you need and stuff like that... but how about how to mentally prepare for something like this? How do you physically prepare your body for the trauma and recovery, how do you emotionally prepare for the uphill battle of recovery?
This is how I have come to grips with the surgery and how I got ready.
