Now, why would someone consider drinking black any power?
What are the benefits and what does it do?
I had read that Black Any Powder had some amazing benefits such as
High in absorbable protein
Rich source of Zinc
Aids in the production of energy especially before exercise
So after doing some research though I might consider Black Ant a try.
But before I did I told some others that I’m going to start to drink black ant powder before my workout
Without too much support I thought I’d do some more research:
Now I wasn’t able to find too much conventional research on Black Ant Powder.
However, what I did find seem intriguing
Polyrhachis vicina. These ants live up high in the mountains and are often found among ginseng roots.
The premiere Qi tonic of Chinese herbalism.* While ginseng is the most well-known, and a premiere Qi tonic by itself, Ant is known to be even stronger and more effective.

I heard it works best as a pre-workout, early in the AM. So I thought I’d give it a go.
Once again, the anecdotal stories of black ant powder are amazing. I figured it was worth dealing with the taste.

Raw black ant powder contains 120mg-180mg of zinc per 1000 grams. Which is the highest of any food!

Ending: What does all this mean?
I’m not sure.
In full transparency, I have not taken Black Ant powder for more than three days.
In fact, I’m on my second bag and have been taking it for almost a month.
Does it make me feel better? Maybe. I certainly don’t feel worse.
Has it made me stronger?
Hard to tell. But my strength is at a high point right now.
Has it helped me with zinc?
Once again, hard to tell. Since I eat grass-fed beef at least once a week, along with shellfish and take other zinc supplements, I don't think I was in a deficient state to notice.
But for the average guys, looking to feel better, be healthier and strong - it doesn't hurt.
Now I would start with just black ant. It doesn’t work in a vacuum.
I would start with weight training and proper diet and sleep - the right supplements and then, add the Black Ant Pwd.
