Tenant moves in and after a couple of months stops paying rent. When asked, he gives you a grocery list of things wrong with the house and adds that he is suing for slip and fall. Property manager takes pictures of the room and now its clear how he slipped. Hoarder slips on his stuff and blames the landlord. Drugs caused the unsteady gait. Since the tenant did not pay rent he used the money to buy more drugs and it lead to his death. If he paid his rent and not spend the money on drugs he could be alive. Bittersweet justice
