Today I've recorded a test at Monza Circuit (Italy) of the new Peugeot 908 for 2011 LMP championship. The track has been wetted by a special water tank. The car hasn't got the racing livery. You can see that there are a lot of new aerodynamic parts like a large engine air-intake mounted on top of the engine cover, the fin on the engine cover or the rear wing mounted on a twin 'swan-neck' supports. The engine is a 3700cc V8 turbocharged diesel engine.
The sound is quite different from the old V12 turbodiesel engine and this V8 sounds a bit more noisy (good thing that :) ).
