Описание: These are the final, full presentations put together by interdisciplinary students in the inaugural 2023 Berkeley Changemaker: Green Materials Innovation Course. These students spent the semester learning about the risks associated with chemicals in hair relaxers (phthalates and sodium hydroxide) and we partnered with Black Women for Wellness to teach students about the the environmental justice impact of these products, which are used predominantly on Black and Brown women's hair.
