Hiking Mt Benson, Nanaimo, BC! Nanaimo's Best Hike? A Local Favorite! Vancouver Island Hiking!

Описание: We get the first hike of the year out of the way with Mt Benson in Nanaimo. We time our hike right and get a nice dose of sunshine up top. About 15 minutes or so from the top the snow amount increased and things got icier. Thankfully there were some previously booted in steps that made getting up a little easier. It was still mildly treacherous in spots. It took us just under 3 hours to make it to the top, and we were not rushing!
We had the whole top to ourselves, which is always nice! There were a lot of birds with full bellies that day! Hope you guys enjoyed tagging along!
