Better for you pantry Pancake/Waffle Mix:
3 cups of flour
3 cups of protein powder
12 oz. Dry buttermilk
1 Tablespoon baking soda
2 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder
1-2 Teaspoons salt
Optional 1/3 cup sugar
Mix well and store airtight. For pancakes add 1-2 eggs and enough water to get the batter to the consistency you want for every one cup dry mix. For waffles add 1-2 eggs, 1/4 cups oil or melted butter, per cup of dry mix, as well as a little water if needed for consistency.
