ingdrients:
3 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp Custard powder
1 tbsp milk powder
salt to taste
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/8 tsp
green elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
Kadai / Cooker Method
Take a heavy kadai or cooker (no whistle, no water).
Add a layer of salt or sand at the bottom (for even heat).
Place a stand / ring / steel bowl inside.
Cover and preheat on low flame for 10 minutes.
Cooking Time
Place biscuits on a tray or plate inside.
Cover with lid.
Cook on very low flame for 20–25 minutes.
✅ How to check
Bottom should be golden
Top should feel dry & firm
Let cool — they become crisp after cooling.
Texture control
Extra crisp: 25 minutes
Softer biscuit: 20–22 minutes
