At the Solitudobrug in Amsterdam, our hydraulic actuators, developed in collaboration with Bosch Rexroth, provide reliable and sustainable bridge operation. These units are pre-commissioned and factory-tested, significantly reducing on-site installation time. This approach contributed to our top EMVI score for the project's required 100-year lifespan.
Our actuators offer a sustainable and efficient solution. Compared to conventional hydraulic drives, they require less material and oil, and maintenance is reduced by eliminating aging hydraulic hoses. The design is energy-efficient, with low internal losses and the ability to recover power when the bridge lowers. This simplicity ensures high reliability and continuous availability, even allowing operation on a single actuator if needed.
