Chris Brown back in jail after being kicked out of rehab for 'anger management'

R&B singer Chris Brown is spending the weekend in jail after being kicked out of rehab, putting him in violation of his probation conditions. The Turn Up the Music star was ordered to stay at the rehabilitation centre in Malibu, California, to learn to deal with his anger management issues following his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. But the centre gave him the boot after he broke their internal rules -- and officers took him straight back into custody. The 24-year-old is being held in custody without bail in Los Angeles, and will have to attend a custody hearing on Monday. If he is found to have breached the terms of his probation, he could face jail time. Brown was sentenced to five years probation, community labor and domestic violence counseling after assaulting fellow popstar Rihanna, on the eve of the Grammy Awards in LA in 2009. Since then, he has been involved in a number of other high-profile fights -- including one with rapper Drake and his entourage in New York, and another R&B singer Frank Ocean in a car park.
