*Easy to fit into your day - you can do it in bed
*Simple & requires no props - again, you can do it in bed
*Known to reduce stress and anxiety
*More beneficial to the body compared to napping for the same length of time
In this quick 10 minute practice, you will be guided through rounds of deep breath to calm the parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation. You are then guided through a full body scan, bringing awareness and restful thoughts into every part of the body.
By the end of the practice, my goal is for you to feel rested and recharged. Ready to take on the rest of your day!
