UK barrister and broadcaster Andrew Eborn discusses Prince Harry’s reaction to the outrage over Meghan Markle sharing a video showing her feet up in a limousine near the tunnel where Princess Diana died in a fatal car crash.
“And Harry himself, he said he was a bit upset about the comparison that some people were making about her basically for Diana,” he told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“And they say there was a big backlash about that, and Harry was basically saying it was a massive stretch; it was never her intention to do that, she was nowhere near the tunnel.”
According to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry was reportedly “hurt and upset” by the backlash Meghan Markle received for the video.
Friends told the media outlet that the whole uproar about it was “a joke, but not a very funny one for Harry”.
