There are many ways to marinade beef for Chinese dishes this is my way – sometimes called velveting the beef. This is an easy Chinese Beef Marinade and pre-blanch cook – making ready your beef to quickly stir fry in your dish! This is a frying method that keeps the beef juicy and soft to eat perfect to add to any Chinese dish!

1 egg
1 tbsp shoaxing wine
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
½ tsp baking soda
Shake white pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
