Comprised mainly of cultural articles, the majority of our content is contingent upon interviews with artists. This series is the auditory version of some of these interviews, which can either be full-length versions of our written articles or exclusive episodes.

In this edition of POSTBURNOUT.COM Interviews…, guitarist and vocalist Robert Crosbie and bassist and vocalist David Hillard of the Dublin-based post-shoegaze band Sun Mahshene discuss the band’s formation, finding their unique sound how they are different from everything else in the Irish music scene, their debut album “A Place We’ve Never Been,” getting Ride guitarist Mark Gardener to master the album, the logistics of working as a six-piece, and much more.
