Hey everyone! I just got back from Barcelona and couldn't be happier with my experience. This city has always held a special place in my heart (this was my 5th time visiting). Beyond the incredible architecture, beaches, and shopping, Barcelona also has an amazing gluten-free food scene. Having visited so many times, I couldn’t wait to dive back into the delicious gluten-free options this vibrant city offers.

Barcelona has such a diverse food scene, there's something for everyone’s tastes and dietary needs. The variety is impressive – I enjoyed everything from Spanish tapas to the best Neapolitan style pizza I’ve ever had. One thing that really stands out about Barcelona is how knowledgeable and accommodating the restaurants and cafes are about celiac disease. The staff at many places are clued up on gluten-free options and take great care to make sure meals are safe. It’s such a relief to eat out and feel confident that the food won’t cause any issues.

In this video, I’ll share some of my favourite gluten-free finds in Barcelona. I’m sure I’ll be adding more as I go along because one thing’s for sure... this won’t be my last trip to Barcelona!
