Why I started meditating many years ago: I was an anxious mess working at a stressful job. I was smoking too much and taking prescription medication to relax (it didn't help much.) My inner self was crying for help, and it happened! A neighbor was hosting a meditation teacher for an evening group and I was invited. That evening I knew that meditating was my answer.
After just one extended meditation experience my joy for life was reignited. I hope my morning meditation brings you joy.
I found Louise Hay's book several years after I started meditating and began listening to her meditations and absorbing her affirmations. The intensives I attended with Louise were transformational and of course I was honored to be asked to teach with her. This led to Louise approving the Heal Your Life Trainings.
