I designed this affirmation set to help you sever the cords of confusion in your foundation. If there has been theft of your reasoning, assaults on your right to respond and harm intended to your sense of self by abusive personality disordered and/or spiritually corrupted persons, places, institutions and things.

What is Reactive abuse?

"In a situation where one person abuses another, the other person may react. When this happens, the person who caused harm may be on the receiving end of an attack. They may then claim that the abused individual (who is acting in self-defense) is the abuser. This is a type of gaslighting called reactive abuse. It gives the one causing harm something to hold over the abused person’s head."

This category of behavior is typically masked with inconsistent waves of "niceness" and or other social compensatory performances.

T R I G G E R W A R N I N G

It has been my observation that reactionary abuse is not only a direct abuse and a supplement of false evidence for a smear campaign (see other audios.) This specific process, imo, tends towards ALSO being a coverup for other VERY disturbing behavior for which the victim is not aware. Choosing this method of abuse is a sign the perpetrator is very invested in what other people think of them. As such, they can say anything.

Please be aware of this possibility, such that you are not unnecessarily traumatized by what shows up in your own selected healing process of this type of abuse.

Reactionary abuse is ALWAYS co occurring with other #PathologicalAbuses of multiple victims in addition to the visible known manipulation of responsiveness. This is my finding.

I have not seen people address this, but in this timing, I hope you feel prepared to understand that not only was this form of gaslight designed to confuse and delay, in addition there may be aspects more disturbing than what is observable behind this.

In this timing, please invest in believing in yourself.

If you are the type of sensitive who experiences #FreezeResponse, I hope that you could ALSO prepare yourself physically if you are going to listen to any audio which heals abuses which were designed to stymy you.

Learning to have an active response which is healthy can be triggering.

There is significant amount of time in the architecture of the long form version and in this condensed version of this audio on metabolizing your state of being for your own use such that:

Attempts to solicit compliance from you in underhanded manner is dismantled
Attempts to manipulate your boundaries related to you using various means is dismantled
Attempt to disorganize your frame of reference for yourself blocked
Fortification of your own natural belief in the actual reference for your right to defend yourself
You are able to appropriately manage negative reactions to your correct choice, movement, desire etc
Any victim blaming projection canceled - typically this is something organized using social pulls

You have the #RightToRespond.

If you find yourself in a situation with a physically violent person, breaking walls, verbal threats of physical violence, breaking physical items near you. PLEASE DO NOT normalize this behavior. It is essential to obtain support in material reality. Do not replace actions with audios when it is not appropriate to do so.

That being said, I over stand the severity of the situation as it relates to lack of appropriate support and have included some petitions to assist you in finding what is right for you.

May you come to understand yourself as being worthy of dignity, period.
May your see your actions as good enough.
May you know your voice as credit worthy in the first instance.
And in divine right order may every version of emotional exploitation or manipulations you have ever been affected by (both visible and less visible forms) be totally reversed.
