Let’s take the production of ∮ 41mm carbon steel black bar as an example.
Black bar (∮41mm) -- after peeling-- finished bright steel bar (∮40mm+0.05)
Feeding speed: 9m/min , Net weight of ∮ 40mm round bar : 9.86kg/m
You will get 2 profits:
Profit 1---As calculated by 10 hours shift per day ,it will produce 45 tons~47 tons of bright bar by
10 hours, So the production output will be 1350 tons~1410 tons per month.(You can calculate the
profits by yourself)
Profit 2---You will get 8% cutting steel scrap from producing total tons steel ,so steel scrap output is
1410 tons*8%=112.8 tons , it makes profits, if you sell this steel scrap.
