Another demonstration of the Roland Jupiter-50 being controlled
by an external MIDI source to unlock its SuperNatural POWER!
This time it's the Roland Juno-DS! It is transmitting (from Left to Right)
Cutoff, Resonance, Attack, & Release from its 4 control knobs.
The Roland Jupiter-50 responds very well to the Juno-DS.
Too bad the Juno-DS does not transmit MIDI from its Pattern Sequencer!
There is no sound coming from the Juno-DS, it's just used for MIDI.
I have the "Synth Legends" patches loaded and I am playing some
Roland Juno-60 style patches, then I end with a Jupiter-8 Poly Synth patch.
The Roland Jupiter-50 is NO Jupiter-X or Xm, it's its own digital thing.
The Jupiter-50 is cool to have at the moment, with the Juno-DS.
Having a Juno & Jupiter at the same time in my little studio is cool to me!
Even if they are just digital ROMPLER synths, they both ROCK! Period!
The sounds on the Roland Jupiter-50 are SuperNatural & sound great!
Excellent for Ambient, Soundtracks, Pop, Rock, Rap, Techno, & New Wave music.
