Saunf – 1 Tsp + Whole Dhaniya – 1 Tsp  + Blackk Pepper – ½ Tsp ( Grind it and make a powder)

Rice – 1 and ½ Cup
Onion – 1 Med. Size
cooking oil - 4 Tbsp
Tej patta – 1 small pice
Whole Red Chilli – 3 Nos.
Black Pepper – 8 to 10 Nos.
Cloves – 4 Nos.
Green Cardamom – 4 Nos.
Zeera – 1 Tsp
Tomato – 1 Med. Size (Chopped)
Tomato – 1 small ( Sliced Cut)
Green Chillies – 2 Nos
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Potato – 2 Med. Size ( Cut into Dices Cut)
Carrot – 1 No ( Grated)
Carrot – 1 No ( Sliced Cut)
Cauliflower – 1 Cup
Peas – 1 Cup
Salt – as per taste
Water – as required
