We take it back to the source, or at least as close to the source as we can, by visiting Dunia Kopi (Coffee World), owned and operated by Mr. Daroe Handojo, who works with coffee farmers all over Indonesia to source an extensive range of coffee beans for this bustling cluster of stands in this bustling market.
The shop is foreigner friendly; while English is not their first language, they're patient towards tourists, with many of their customers being Japanese.
The barista is located around the corner from the main coffee sales area - ask for a cup, or motion to try it, and the staff can help you out.
