We welcome applications for positions irrespective of whether or not the applicant has a formal teaching qualification. However, it is essential that the applicant has an appropriate degree qualification in the subject that they wish to teach.
Our recruitment strategy is to offer opportunities for infividuals to work whilst completing a two year Teaching Training programme run in conjunction with the University of Buckinghamshire.
