1) The first step is to take your bite and drop it down.

2) You are going to bring the rope with the bite all the way around the front and then take half of it and punch it through the loop that has just been formed.

3) Take your bite and pull it up and over and down to the bottom

4) Pull on the bottom to create your double figure 8 knot!

The double figure 8 knot proves to be very useful as it is an easily untie-able knot that is capable of being attached to two bolts and equalized.
