The patient first conceived in 2023, but unfortunately, the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 58 days due to poor fetal heartbeat. She also had a history of uterine fibroids and had been under treatment for nearly 3 years.

After medical management of fibroids and planned ovulation induction, she conceived again. Sadly, at 9 weeks of pregnancy, she experienced a missed abortion, and a D&C procedure was required. Following a recovery period of 5–6 months, fertility treatment was restarted.

With careful monitoring and ovulation induction, the patient conceived once more. This pregnancy was high-risk, complicated by severe hyperemesis gravidarum (excessive vomiting), requiring hospitalization and continuous medical care.

Due to her previous miscarriage history, she received close monitoring, medical support, and preventive care throughout the pregnancy to ensure the best outcome.

Despite challenges, the pregnancy progressed successfully. In the final scan, the baby was found in a breech position, and a planned cesarean section was performed.

The journey ended on a happy note with the birth of a healthy baby girl. Today, the patient is healthy, happy with her family, and thankful to the doctors and hospital staff for their 24×7 support, care, and timely response.
