Only one passenger survived. Relatives of victims, including Akash and several grieving parents, shared emotional accounts of the final moments, long searches for loved ones, and the lasting trauma that followed. Rescue workers, police, and emergency responders also recalled the chaos at the crash site, where fire, smoke, and wreckage made operations extremely difficult. A year later, while the city has moved forward, the families say their lives remain frozen in grief.
