Speculations are swirling that former PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III was removed from his post after allegedly showing off power and acting like the country’s president.
A circulating video shows Torre riding a Land Cruiser with blinkers as he attended the "Pavvurulun Afi" Festival in Tuguegarao City as Guest of Honor.
Under the law, only the President, Vice President, Senate President, House Speaker, and Chief Justice are allowed to use blinkers on official vehicles.
