Thankful // House of Misfits

Описание: 2020, a year no one will ever forget. Everyone has been influenced in some way by the Covid-19 and the lockdown it forced our entire nation into.

It's difficult to sometimes see how anything good can come from so much heartache and loss but as we look back we saw families and communities rally around those that were suffering the most. Small business initiatives were popping up all over the place as people had to come up with creative ways to make ends meet. With all the many lows, fear, negativity and conspiracy theories (lol) consuming our attention - normal everyday people breathed life, gave hope and shone bright into a dark situation.

We're so THANKFUL that God has surrounded us with good people. People that encourage, inspire, challenge and shout us feeds when we're broke. The House of Misfits was an idea that we laughed about for 4 years before it was kicked into first gear over lockdown. Yes there was loss but there was also new life and for that we will forever be THANKFUL.

We wrote 'THANKFUL' back in Feb 2nd 2018, recorded it during lockdown in our individual homes and makeshift studios. It's such a true representation of who we are. The music, the laughs and the dance moves lol. We're so glad that we get to share it with you now just over 2 years later.
