Spanish - Past Participles As Adjectives Explained In 4 And Half Minutes

Описание: In this video, I’m explaining past participles as adjectives; the English version of this is verbs ending in “ed,” like “talk”→”talked,” “turn”→”turned.” There are irregular verbs in English, but we don’t need to know all of them. In Spanish, we have the same idea with more variety: For regular -ar verbs, you drop the ending and “ado,” like “hablar”→”hablado.” For regular -er and -ir verbs, you drop the ending and put “ido,” like “comer”→”comido,” “vivir”→”vivido.” There are irregular exceptions and ones where you have to put accents on the “i” in order to maintain the sound of the word. In the video, I present more examples and conclude with a thinking concept that I used to apply when learning Spanish.
