Chicken | ಚಿಕನ್ – 500 grams
vinegar - 3 tbsp
Freshly ground pepper | ಹೊಸ ಮೆಣಸು ಪುಡಿ – 2 tablespoons
Ginger-garlic paste | ಶುಂಠಿ-ಬೇಯ್ಲು ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ – 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder | ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder | ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder | ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಪುಡಿ – 1 teaspoon
Salt | ಉಪ್ಪು – to taste
Cooking oil | ಎಣ್ಣೆ – for frying
Curry leaves | ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆ – handful
Fresh coriander (garnish) | ಹೊಸ ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು – for garnish.
