Today’s Soul Tribe reading became something unexpected.
While sharing concepts from the healing work I’ve been developing for my book, I found myself triggered in real time on camera. Instead of stopping or pushing through it, I stayed present and followed the pathway I’ve been learning and teaching.
I paused and asked myself what I was feeling. I identified the inner child archetype that was being activated, and then gave myself the reassurance that younger part of me was reaching for in that moment.
What happened next was not just understanding but integration. The nervous system softened, the stress response settled, and the trigger shifted into healing while the reading was still unfolding.
This experience inspired new sections I will be adding to the book, including ways to identify emotions during activation, connect them to inner child archetypes, and offer ourselves the words of care that help bring us back to safety.
This reading is imperfect, human, and real. It is a reminder that healing does not always happen after the moment. Sometimes healing happens inside it.
