"Namaste, This is Nikhil Asuth Kothwal. Vaibhav Cricket Academy head coach. I am head coach here from past seven months. It's been 10 years of coaching in my life.

2nd December 2018 Academy was inaugurated. Kedar Jadhav graced the opening ceremony function.

Myself playing in Ranji trophy helped me to gain a lot of knowledge & experience. I used to practice with thinking of utilizing all the knowledge & experience that I had gained & wished to play at highest level which is not possible now.

Here in our club, for batting basics we provide stationary, hanging ball & drives assisting them to become the best possible cricketer.

For bowling basics, we provide one stump bowling, spot bowling, Action & their video analysis of how they work & train. Have bore fruitful results from past seven months in our club and guys have been training very well. Very soon I can see them playing state level, national cricket for sure.

Cover Drive - Front Foot close to the pitch of the ball, bat should be in line with ball & the bat should flow in side angle towards covers; that's how one play perfect cover drive a model #Viratesque drive

To play on drive first shuffle right leg slightly, open the left leg then the bat flow on side to play perfect on drive a model of #Sachinesque drive.

To play back foot drive transfer the weight of front foot onto back foot by going backside then punch the ball through covers.

To play square drive shuffle right leg towards ball then hit it on to the carpet.
Just have a good back lift and show the direction to the ball.

Sejal, a 15 year old girl from a small village plays well, works hard comes morning at 7 AM to practice. Girls cricket is growing & is the future of cricket. She wishes to play for state level & national level. We as coaches me, vaibhav sir are very proud of her.
