Ciara welcomed daughter Sierra in 2017. How did she drop 65 lbs. of baby weight? She revealed, “Water is really important when you’re eating healthy because it helps flush your body. I remember when I was trying to lose my 65 pounds after having his sister… I was working so hard, in the gym three times a day, and the scale is not moving like that… [my nutritionist] upped my water and automatically the scale numbers started dropping quickly.”
