Do you snap, crackle, or pop? Joint noises (otherwise known as crepitus) is a common phenomenon that occurs in everybody! But, it is commonly perceived negatively. But, is this really necessary? In this video, I go over what modern research tells us about joint crepitus and whether or not it is necessary to worry about.
