The Sea Troll: Dreams of sailing on a pirate ship. Found around the edge of salt water bodies (not rivers) on maps with ocean/seas (E.g. Batterie Draug/Snodekt, Fiske Fabrikk, Anniken).
Mementos (trolls, lighters, and vinyls/records) spawn randomly onto maps, so they are not always guaranteed to be there. The best way to eventually get it is to regularly check the spots they are known to spawn. Also, check around any campfires and beds you find.
