F-35B Lightning II’s with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced) conduct routine flight operations at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 17, 2018. The F-35B Joint Strike Fighter, deploying for the second time with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is the most capable attack aircraft ever to support a Marine rifleman on the ground.
