Описание: Easy Milk Barfi Recipe - it's a 90s kids favourite sweet recipe.
This Confectionery Shop Style dessert recipe is so simply and easy to make at home !!!
Usually, it's basic ingredients include milk, milk powder, ghee, sugar syrup, condensed milk etc...But I have used only two ingredients to make the same and it comes out very flavorful !!!
In this recipe, i haven't used ghee, almonds, pistachio etc but one can use the same for aroma, and perfect crunch of the dessert..
One can use sugar syrup with milk powder. But i not recommend it because of the texture, taste. and it's making process is quite different. Therefore this dessert might not be perfect. So, it is highly recommended to use SUGAR WITH FRESH MILK only.
This Barfi Recipe can be prepared very easily without much hassle,

Ingredients -
Full Cream Milk - 1 ltr
Sugar - 1/2 cup (100 gms)
Silver Leaf (Varak) (Optional)
