Strange Nick TV Broadcasting Error [2017]

Описание: This happened around 2017 during a broadcast of the SpongeBob episode Krabby Land. The image froze between two frames of SpongeBob being tossed into the pit. After a while it slowly started to get worse until eventually the video feed became what you see. After some time the video fixed itself, at first being able to partially see the proper video feed with the glitch still on the video. Then the video was back to normal on an airing of Paw Patrol.

Most odd part about this is that this only happened on Nickelodeon, every other channel had a clear and stable image.

The cable service I used in this video was Spectrum (formerly Charter).

Audio was removed due to it being identical to the episodes being aired.

9:52 - Checking TV guide, showing that it's happening across the other Nick channels
12:12 - Going back to the other Nick channel airing SpongeBob with just a black image
12:40 - Switch back to "Nick2" to see an error message appear
13:31 - Proving that other channels works fine
23:48 - Going back to "Nick2", the glitch effect returns
1:35:26 - A clear image emerges for a little, then the glitch overlays again
1:39:38 - Another image is sort of visible
1:52:30 - Video feed is fixed
